The objective isn't very clear and the gameplay is a bit random (sometimes unfair). Also I don't know what is the "Iron" bar for, as I can manually raise it, is that intended?
Thanks for the feedback. That you can manually raise the bar is not intended, thanks for telling :) Clear objective and better spawning is on my list! Btw red blood cells need iron to work, otherwise you get an iron deficiency anemia. So you need to catch iron bars to stay alive.
